An extraordinary combination

People frequently ask me ‘how is it possible that you’re an animator, a videographer and a photo-artist.’? My answer is simple: I love doing al those things :)! I studied Art & Technology and I’ve been a journalist, a photographer, a programmer, a 2D and 3D animator, video-editor, camera operator, software engineer and a designer. I enjoy creativity and creativity can be found almost everywhere and in many fields. Since 2018-09-01 I started following my dreams and truly practise Art and Technology. With more than 14 years of all-round multi-media experience I create animations, videos and surreal photographs. I often team up with a lot of friendly creative people which makes any job possible.

Animation

As an animator I work with scripts and storyboards. We’re telling a story and the first step is to actually write this story. Every situation asks for a different approach, but animation requires organisation and planning. I always start out with a clear plan of action before I have my fun with After Effects and Blender.

Video

Video productions come in all sizes and, like any project, the key to success is organisation and planning. I provide a clear plan of action and I can team up with a lot of video professionals.

Photography

I love te create work which has a deeper meaning or a (hidden) message. Something that highlights a dream or a vision. Something unique. Everything starts with an idea and I let the better ideas evolve into concepts by sketching, writing and creating moodboards. From that point on I start planning photoshoots, gather the right props and tools, photoshopping and creating surreal photographs.
